When listening to Hillary speak, ever get the impression that she thinks we're all a bunch of eight-year olds?

Yes. Always have.

I consider this her most off-putting attribute. Which in her case, is really saying something.

Admittedly, it is a step up from Al Gore, who has always spoken as if he thinks we're four.

She does have that "spinster teacher" tone, doesn't she? Either that, or Brian Johnson of AC/DC. Anybody else notice that "The Thunder Down Under" isn't touring while she campaigns? Ever seen the two of 'em together?

I never listen to her.

But I LOVE the new look here, Gino. :)

Love you!

I'm with Trisha. But I keep a sharpened stick in my backpack in case of emergency.

ah, but The People are a bunch of stupid sheep, who have become less literate with each generation and so can't be expected to _hear_ at an adult level, eh? Pff.

She is old gaurd Democrat. The party that was offended when women, Jews, blacks, Catholics, and Hispanics didn't do what they were told. Perhaps she figures if she can speak v e r y c l e a r l y we'll get the message this time ;).

I'm not saying I like her, but I DO think that the vast majority of Americans are fucking morons. (I mean, how else would we end up with this Bush ass-hat in the White House for EIGHT FUCKING YEARS?!)

DJ:
we had bush for 8yrs because the other party put up two of their biggest flakes to run against him.
bush was the better man, both times. its speaks more about the opposition than about bush.

and ,welcome! i'm happy to hear from you.

Feh...I'd rather have had Gore follow Clinton. And I maintain that most anybody that aspires to live in that big white house (that should've been destroyed ages ago) should probably be executed as a criminal, of which Bush is one of the biggest I've ever seen. He and his entire administration deserve the death penalty that I don't normally support. ;-)

Actually I always thought she talked to me like I was 15 and wanted to borrow the country's car keys.
